Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us – Elijah House Austria; Seebensteinerstr. 42; 2823 Sautern-Pitten; Email: info@elijahhouse.at – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement in writing (by post or by email).
If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts: downloaded media stored on our host server; delivery of audio, CD or video recordings.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Consequences of revocation<\/h3>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return the goods to Elijah House Austria; Seebensteinerstr., Austria immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. 42; 2823 Sautern-Pitten to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.<\/p>\n

If you have requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Shipping costs<\/h3>\n

Shipping costs: Shipping costs \u20ac 4,- within Austria. For smaller orders we charge a flat rate of \u20ac 4,-; this also applies to small orders. For shipping to EU countries we charge an additional \u20ac 2,-. Postage abroad: For deliveries abroad, we always charge the actual postage costs incurred by us.
No shipping costs will be charged for school materials and media produced by Elijah House Austria.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Delivery and delivery times<\/h3>\n

Your order usually leaves our premises within a week, depending on the availability of the items. We endeavor to offer only those items in our webshop that we actually have in stock. If you order an item that is currently not available, we will deduct the amount from the total invoice.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Return shipping costs<\/h3>\n

In principle, the return shipping costs must always be paid in advance by the customer. Unpaid shipments cannot be accepted as a matter of principle due to the disproportionately high costs involved. If the return shipment is made within the scope of the assertion of the above-mentioned right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the return costs if the value of the returned goods exceeds EUR 100.00; if the value of the goods is up to and including EUR 100.00, the customer shall bear the return costs. We can only accept returns that are made due to incorrect delivery, damage or the like with sufficient postage; we will of course refund the postage you have paid.<\/p>\n

Downloads<\/h3>\n

Downloads will be activated via your account as soon as the amount is paid. The downloads will be activated for download until 30 days after the deposit. All downloads are protected by copyright and although it is possible to copy them, we ask you not to make a copy except for your own use. If for any reason the downloads do not work, please contact us at admin@elijahhouse.at. We will provide you with a CD containing the relevant data free of charge.<\/p>\n

Terms of payment<\/h3>\n

The items are payable on receipt. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made. In the event of non-payment, we will send you a first reminder by email after 30 days. If this is not paid, we will charge a reminder fee of 5,- and interest on arrears. From the third reminder, we will contact our lawyer.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Warranty<\/h3>\n

Please check the goods on arrival for obvious transport damage and completeness. Please contact us immediately if there is anything wrong.
