Book an appointment
Single session
First choose if you want to have the appointment online (MS Teams) or “Live” in Elijah House, Pitten. Then click on the “button”.
You can choose a single or double session in „Date & time“ The available hours will then be displayed.
The dates with orange borders have available appointments. Click on the date, then the times will be displayed.
Click on “continue”
To order multiple appointments, click on the button „Book another”
Repeat the steps “Choose a time”
Click on “continue”
Please enter the appropriate content in all mandatory fields (no avatar or code name please).
Please add any further message into “Short message”, e.g. „I will come with …”, or some other details
Click on “continue”
If you have receieved a voucher, you can enter it here
Pay immediately with your credit card using “Stripe” or choose “on site” to transfer the money later. Please use the Order nr ID for “purpose” Number (see Email).
Please transfer the money at the latest one week after the appointment.
Click on continue, and the booking is approved, and you pay later, or you will be transferred to the Stripe payment
You will receive an email confirming the bookings details and other important information.
We ask you to cancel your appointment at least two days in advance. You can do this yourself here or send an e-mail to info@elijahhouse.at.
If you are delayed for any reason or need to cancel at the last minute do call or send an SMS to:

You can reschedule your appointment up to two days before the appointment at the latest. You can do this yourself here or send an e-mail to info@elijahhouse.at.
Intensive block
Select either “Online” or “Live”. Click on “next”.
It shows three “date and time” for you to choose three consecutive days, morning or afternoon as available. Choose a forth date with “Add more appointments”. Wähle unter „2.“ den nächsten Tag ebenfalls aus. After the third day, you can leave it at that or select another day by clicking on “Add more dates”. All appointments must be within one week.
Click on “continue”
Go to “Continue”.

You can pay immediately by credit card via “Stripe” or make the payment later via online banking. Use your appointment ID. Number (see Email).
We ask you to transfer the deposit (100 €) at the latest one week after the appointment and the remaining amount one week after your appointment.
In the event of cancellation three weeks or more before the start of the appointment, this deposit will be retained.
Click “Continue” to confirm this appointment(s) after payment has been made via Stripe.
You will receive an email confirming the bookings details and other important information.

MS Teams

Click on this linked text.
If you are unsure about Teams after clicking on the link:
- Click on “Cancel” under “Open in Microsoft Teams”. “Open Microsoft Teams” > “Cancel”).
- Then select “Continue in this browser”.
- Connect your camera and microphone etc. with “Allow”.
- Enter your name.
- Go to “Participate now”.
- As soon as we are ready, we will let you into the meeting.
An online session has the advantage that you can receive our service from home. However, it also has a disadvantage: you are at home! This means potential distractions. We therefore recommend that you organize yourself in such a way that you are free from distractions during this time, e.g. other people, children, telephone and other activities. Treat yourself to some undisturbed time!
Finances
Our standard rate per hour is currently €50. It’s up to you how much you want to pay. Pray and think about what you can give. God knows your means and our needs. Your financial resources should never be an obstacle to being able to use our service.
If the amount donated exceeds our recommended amount, the difference will be used to help people who cannot pay as much.
You can not afford the suggested amount? Please send us an email to info@elijahhouse.at and mention what you can afford. We will then send you a coupon to use during the booking. You can use this coupon more than once
If you would like to support the ministry and give more than the suggested amount, the extra amount will be booked to help others.

If you choose “Online-Banking”, you have the option of entering a higher amount when making the transfer, which will then be posted accordingly.
